📌 WIG DROP-OFF POLICY:
Custom color and wig construction require wig drop-off 48 hours before your appointment.
If the wig is not dropped off, your color/customization may not be completed on the day of your install.
📌 SAME-DAY COLOR:
Same-day color is available with the “Same-Day Color Fee” add-on and adds 1–2 hours to your appointment.
📌 CLEAN WIG REQUIREMENT:
Wigs must be dropped off clean & dry. If not, a wash fee will be added.
📌 LATE DROP-OFF:
If the wig is dropped off late, color results may vary or service may be rescheduled.
